Mario is an excellent trainer, able to create a fun and engaging workout based around your physical abilities, interests and needs. He cares about his clients and provides fitness and health advice/tips in addition to the workout. His gym is PACKED with great equipment (he adds and rotates things in regularly). He offers fun classes for kids too (my tween loved his summer camp options).

The new gym space is a bright, clean atmosphere with fantastic training equipment.
